“Good value for the price, but has shortcomings.”
+Hotel was great, room was nice, the free breakfast was surprisingly well-stocked compared to complimentary breakfasts at other hotels, lots of dining choices along the street, it was convenient for people who were using the airport.
−I found three notable shortcomings that potential customers should be aware of. TV channels got pixelated often, especially during times when a lot of people were probably watching TV, making it impossible to enjoy any channel except late at night (would have hated trying to watch a football game). Wifi was okay, seemed to be delayed or overused at times. Additionally, the energy saving device in the bathroom that cuts off the lights when it doesn't sense any movement turned off the lights several times while I was using the shower. It didn't take long before the lights would turn off, maybe a minute or two. I couldn't get them to turn back on without walking out of the shower--didn't work to wave my arm or wave a towel from the shower, the sensor wouldn't turn the lights back on, so I had to physically push the light switch. Of note, one of the times when I walked out of the shower I almost slipped and fell, so this should be corrected before someone falls and seeks out an injury lawyer. If there is a way to prevent the lights from turning off while taking a shower, there should be a little placard above the light switch that explains how. I hate to downgrade the hotel's rating, b

“Will definitely stay here again when we fly”
+Loved location close to airport with 24 hour shuttle. Staff nice, coffee and tea in lobby. Timing didn’t allow breakfast but they had a brown bag of snacks to go.
−Nothing

−I was missing shampoo in the shower. The hairdryer handle was absolutely sticky. Ugh.

+Modern, clean facilities and comfortable room
−From my room it was quite a long walk all the way to reception where the minimart is. I wish they had a machine on every floor

“Lackluster staff attitude”
+Stayed two nights. You must request room service if you want it after your first day I did request it. They never cleaned the room. There was no compensation offered.
−Staff attitude. Come back later. Someone else will take care of it 5 o’clock. But then 5 o’clock comes and there’s no manager there.
