“Disappointing. Unresponsive staff. Bad location. Lack of cleanliness.”
+The views are good as you can see ellas rock and a little bit of Little Adam's peak
−The property is at a high elevation and is reached by an extremely narrow access road, making it difficult for cars to pass. With no lighting at night, driving becomes even more challenging. Staff support was also poor: repeated requests for basic cutlery went unanswered, and my driver eventually went to reception, only to be asked to carry the cutlery to the room himself. Due to staff shortages at the facility, my driver also had to carry our luggage to the room. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned. The rain caused an unpleasant smell, and monkeys entered the balcony and left a mess that no one came to clean. We also accidentally left behind a pouch containing shoes. Despite repeated calls and messages, the caretaker, Hasiya, has not responded, even though more than two weeks have passed since our return. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, making this the worst stay of our Sri Lanka trip. Don’t be misled by the photos, there are many better nearby places to stay, and I would recommend choosing one of them.

“Wonderful view, great staff, perfect location.”
+Such a beautiful view, the breakfast in the room is really a nice feature. Location is also perfect - very easy to get around the main attractions nearby.
−There was no actual AC apart from the ceiling fan, so it was very humid and the beds were damp, which is not a deal breaker but not very pleasant.

+The room was big and comfortable, and the view was great. The owner was super nice and helpful and got us a great tuk tuk driver for our entire stay in a fair price.
