“Nice oasis in need of renovation”
+This place has probably been a very fancy place and could be that again. Our apartment had a huge, privat roofterrace and also outdoor furniture on the ground level. Beds were comfortable and the appartment was clean and mostly in ok condition. The personel was nice and helpful and we were served decent breakfast. You defenitely need a car to stay here because there is literally nothing closeby, but that is how we like to have it, so good for us. There is covered parking for the cars. There is a nice pool in the inner yard, althoug we didn't try it.
−We didn't get the apartment we booked, but that was not a big problem althoug travelling as 2 adult couples it would have been nicer not to have to go into the only proper double bedroom to get to the toilet - that only had a curtain - not a door. We also got a kitchen, but not much you could do there because there wasn't even a fridge in there and the few cooking stuff that there was left were not in good shape. (The room we originally had booked didnt have a kitchen, so nothing we had expected, either.) It's kind of sad to see a place with such big potential in so big need of renovation and face-lifting. The rendering is falling of the outside walls in many places, some of the amenities are shut down and the outdoor furniture are partly in big need of renewing, Also the small gardens and the water features could be much nicer with a little more taking care of.

+The pictures on booking.com don't do the hotel right ( it shows a dark room). The hotel is very beautiful and spacious and the room is wonderful, a private rooftop in our room, this turned out on being a very positive surprise and is one of our top 2 hotels during our stay in Morocco. Also excellent and kind service was provided by Moha ( the waiter)

“Artsy and minimal aesthetic Relaxed Stay”
+We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Côté Sud! The property is ideally located, close to Atlas Studios and the main attractions in Ouarzazate, making it a great base for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference to our stay. Un grand merci également à Musta ! ❤️ Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour au Maroc ! 🇲🇦✨ The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking for a little privacy while still being conveniently close to the town centre and local attractions. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting Ouarzazate. We would happily recommend Côté Sud to couples and anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway with great service!

“Sérénité et gentillesse”
+Très bel endroit épuré hors du centre , très reposant . Peu de chambres . Chambre spacieuse tout confort . Terrasse privée sur le toit . Belle piscine non chauffée . Personnel très accueillant et sympathique qui répond à toutes les demandes . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour rayonner autour de Ourzazate.
−Il n’y a pas de restaurant juste le petit déjeuner .

+Prachtige locatie, zeer ruime kamers met mogelijkheid sterren te kijken. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, er werd heel lekker gekookt. De kamers en omgeving is een oase van rust! Het is dat het niet hoger kan dan 5 sterren, maar anders waren het er meer geweest!

−kein Restaurant, wir wurden für Nachtessen in die Stadt geschickt (20 Min. mit Auto) Betrieb ist auf Minimum heruntergefahren worden

“Superbe petit hôtel très calme.”
+Superbe chambre, endroit très calme, personnel attentif, bon petit déjeuner.
−À part le petit déjeuner, il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place. Toutefois, à environ 20 minutes, nous avons trouvé des restaurants.

“Mooi, maar desolaat”
+Mooie grote kamer een prachtig architectonisch gebouw, maar lijkt zijn charme een beetje te zijn verloren. Een eigen prive terras en een eigen dakterras. Door de regen en de lage temperatuur hebben we hier geen gebruik van kunnen maken.
−Het water bleef in de douche staan en werd een compleet voetenbad. Bar en restaurant waren gesloten, waardoor in het donker weer op weg moesten om een restaurant te vinden. Het was een basis ontbijt. Heel weinig gasten waardoor het desolaat aandeed.
