+The apartment was in an amazing location! The room was very cute & welcoming. They had an AC unit which was essential for the heat.
−On the fourth floor of an apartment so you have to walk up a lot of stairs. Also the address provided did not include the apartment number so we had no idea where to go or how to get in until we called the property owner.

“Comfortable and cozy”
+We arrived on a super hot weekend in Paris the host of The apartment had kindly installed an air-conditioning unit and made the room super comfortable for us. The shower was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable two things that I am fairly picky about. The location is absolutely superb about a one minute walk away from all the vibrant restaurants and bars yet it is tucked away so there was no noise at night and we got a peaceful night sleep. The host was additionally very transparent and good with communication. If we ever returned to Paris, which I’m sure we will in the next couple of years, we will definitely stay here again.
−The only thing I would say is the apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building. We had two big suitcases weighing about 30 kg each so if you are carrying heavy luggage bear in mind there is no elevator.

−The pictures in Booking look relatively OK. But the reality is completely different. The apartment is not renovated in the last 100 years probably. There is a bad smell inside the apartment. There is no soap or other bathroom supplies in the apartment. There is almost no kitchen equipment - there is something in a cupboard but it is locked and we were not allowed to use it. There was only one chip and key with which we could enter the building but we were two and we were going to different places and my wife was supposed to come down from the 4-th floor by foot to open the entrance door from the street for me.

“A nightmare, please avoid this property at all costs!”
+Nothing was right with this stay. From the initial exchange of messages with the owner, who was extremely verbally abusive and made unfounded insults, to the fact that he did not provide us the exact location of the studio until 3PM on the day of arrival.
−The door lock was so deteriorated that it got stuck on the first stay. We did not received any kind of help to solve the problem. The studio was on the 4th floor with no elevator and in an advanced state of disrepair and extremly dirty.The kichenette and bathroom hadn't been cleaned of rust and limescale in years.

+Appartement simple et efficace. Il y a le nécessaire pour un séjour pro ou perso. Très bien situé, assez calme et bien entretenu. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
−Prévoir peut-être une poubelle dans la cuisine. La période de la climatisation est terminée. Il serait préférable de démonter le système existant pour pouvoir fermer la fenêtre intégralement sous peu. Les nuits commencent à être fraîches.

+La posizione ed il quartiere perfetti. Piena di locali, si mangia volendo diverse sere bene spostandosi a piedi. supermercato vicino. Due fermate di metro diverse in zona. L’assistenza del personale, presenti cordiali e disponibili. La stanza ha tutto il necessario ed è ben curata. Clima ok. Nessun rumore con le finestre chiuse anche di sera. Appartamento accogliente, tutto ok. Con la metro raggiungi tutto. A piedi sei attaccato al Pantheon e alla casa di Emily in Paris (neanche 200 mt). Comodissimo raggiungere a piedi giardini di Luxemburg e anche volendo la a Senna in centro.
