“Amazing location, sociable and friendly”
+I LOVED staying her! I had a private room with AC which is higher up in the jungle, with huge windows on two sides, and a big balcony to sit and watch the birds in the trees. Yoga in the morning by the river was great, the breakfast is also good, as well as the restaurant food which is very tasty and fresh. The staff and volunteers were always happy, kind and helpful, and the restaurant is sociable and fun, I especially enjoyed the salsa class with Jorge. There are lots of communal spaces which are all beautiful, set amongst the trees or right by the river - it’s tempting never to leave! It’s about a 10 min walk to Minca, very cute little town and plenty to do - hikes, bird watching, beautiful waterfalls, coffee and chocolate tours.

“Regretful choice during the end of the rainy season”
+The pool and setting was lovely. Will caveat that this place is nicer to stay in during the dry season, and in the cabins that are elevated from the ground and hill
−Our cabin was incredibly damp and smelly. We were in the small a frame cabins for reference. There were no windows to shut, and poor ‘mesh’ to try and control the bugs, however the mesh was very wide and everything still came through. There were large gaps in the joinery that also allowed bugs to enter, we had a large amount of ants in and around the bed. All of our clothes and luggage became very damp during our stay. I would not recommend staying here unless you get a vet nice premium room, and stay during the dry season
