“Wonderful!”
+The staff was amazing, especially the front desk and the bartenders. Marie and Veronica, I know her name began with a V. They both were so fun and made our short stay exceptional.
−Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

“Rude Overwhelmed night auditer”
+The night auditor at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and clearly not suited for customer service. He gave incorrect information about the hotel and responded with a snarky attitude when asked for a copy of the folio. He stares down at the customer and grunted his answers, showing blatant disrespect. He seriously needs a new line of work.

“Bad Night Sleep”
+The room division and size. The dark curtains The mirror in the bathroom
−The bed was really hard. I am 71years old and the bed gave my hips pain. There was no give at all in the mattress. The couch and toilet were low for a senior. I could not open the balcony door more than an inch and my son had to push very hard to close it

“Great hotel”
+Staff was friendly. Easy access to everything.
−They need to put a second outlet so you can connect your phone. Only one night stand had it.
