“Perfect location with a nice host but the room’s facilities were rather basic for the price, which felt a little overpri”
+The host is very supportive, friendly and he is always there if any help needed. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the Termini.
−The double bed is way too small. I was falling down from the bed when i tried to turn around. The bathroom is very small and there is no furniture where you could put your cosmetics in the bathroom. One very inconvenient thing about the bathroom is that when you turn on the shower, the water automatically comes out of the overhead showerhead, so you get water straight on your head. This is extremely unpleasant, especially when you just want to turn on the water and adjust the temperature first. You have to manually switch it to the handheld shower every single time.

+Location wise I would give 10 out of 10. Just next to roma termini. Less than 5 minutes walking distance. Manager of this property (Niko)...he is awesome. Before I even arrive he text me few times just to know what time I am coming, he gave directions so that I don't get lost.he is very welcoming. The only problem is the elevator. Its very small. Apart from that I would give 10 out of 10.

“Great place to stay in Rome”
+Proximity to Roma Termini & easy to find. Very welcoming & smooth check in. Clean & comfortable room, good bed, great shower. Air con ideal as it was a warm day. Access to tea & coffee etc was very useful. Easy self-checkout for an early morning train. All good.

+Great location. Mercato Centrale very close for great food options. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was very helpful since the weather was in the 90's. Helpful to have a refrigerator to use.
−The shower had a center shower head that was inconvenient to use without getting the floor all wet. There was a separate portable wand but I couldn't figure out how it worked. Small problem

“Fantástico”
+Tuvimos una muy buena estadía. La habitación era cómoda y la ubicación, muy práctica por estar tan cerca de Roma Termini, especialmente para moverse por Roma y tomar transporte. Contaba con un espacio común (cocina súper equipada, que con el extremo calor que pasamos se agradecía contar con una heladera). Destaco especialmente a Nico, que fue un anfitrión excelente: súper atento, amable y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas y de ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La comunicación con él fue bárbara desde el primer momento, desde antes de ingresar Nico estuvo en contacto con nosotras. La zona es muy concurrida, así que hay que estar un poco atentos, sobre todo de noche, pero la cercanía a Termini lo hace muy práctico.

+It's right next to the train station, there are all kinds of shops nearby. The host was extremely helpful, he even suggested some laundry places when we needed it. The room was cleaned every day. Absolutely recommended.
