“Good value for proximity to train station and old city.”
+Comfortable beds, and location was walking distance between the train station and the old town. As it's on a busy city stree expect some noise.
−The lighting was a bit dim at times and the Internet was very slow.

“Pleasant and a good value for the money.”
+I liked the location (close to old town and most of Bologna's attractions). The host was amicable and helpful, everything was clean and the kitchen equipped with strictly neccesary equipment. The access was easy, the host met us at the entrance, and there is an elevator to reach the 4th floor.
−As a heavy coffee drinker, I would've liked a regular coffee maker instead of a little traditional italian esspreso maker making one litle cup of coffe at a time (or at least a bigger model, making more than one cup). Also, since the communication in English was down to disparate words (even if it is advertized that English is one of the spoken languages), would've been nice to have some broshures ot pamphlets regarding transportation from the residence to different points in the city (like the railway station) and places to eat (as were provided to us at our Milan or Rome lodging in the past). This is not a critique, but a suggestion. Also, the place is noisy at night.

+Great Location 20 minutes to train station & 15 minutes to city centre, there is a small supermarket & a cafeteria at ground floor of the apartment.

+The location was perfect, near everything that we needed. The staff was also nice.
−Some of the things were broken, like the fridge did not cooling the food, the oven had a missing piece.

“Short Stay In Bologna”
+Antonio was very welcoming to me the moment I arrived. He showed me all of the facilities and wished me a pleasant stay. We had a double room with private bathroom. Overall, it was clean and tidy.There is a small supermarket and a Cafe right outside the property and you are close to the main attractions in Bologna. The Botanical gardens are a 5 minute walk and the main station is around 20 minutes also. It is a great location and if you plan on going into the main centre of Bologna, then you can't go wrong with the location of this apartment. We had a great stay!!!
−As mentioned, the location is on a main intersection and the traffic is noisy at night, so keeping the windows closed and having the AC on was best for us. The rubbish collection was also a noisy distraction but there isn't much you can do about that.

+Locatie foarte buna, statii de bus aproape, magazin si bar la parter. Paturi confortabile.
−Este galagie dimineata, este deasupra intersectiei, geamurile nu izoleaza asa bine nici cu rulourile exterioare lasate. Nu are bucatarie camera nr 2, este specificat acest lucru in descrierea apartamentului.
