“Clean, comfortable”
+Room in separate building with no house keeping. This was what we were expecting but might take some by surprise Very clean and comfortable. Great location
−Shower too weak. Would have been nice to have decent coffee machine

“A lovely stay in Venice would recommend to others. Great for family with kids re loft space. Not ideal for 4 adults requ”
+Location was amazing. The two downstairs bedrooms were very good. View of canal excellent. Lounge room large. The tiny loft room had no privacy from the rest of the property ie no door. Door frame to single toilet quite low and potentially dangerous. Property manager very helpful.
−The lift was really only available for luggage and did not go to our floor.

“Everything about our stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend the apartment.”
+We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious, especially for Venice. The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained. The location is also very central and convenient for exploring Venice.
−No issues with the property. The only suggestion we would make is to provide guests with clearer information before arrival about the different transport options for reaching the accommodation, particularly from the airport. For first-time visitors to Venice, the transport system can be a little confusing, especially when travelling with a lot of luggage. We didn’t realise that there were ferry options that could have brought us much closer, so we ended up taking a bus, then a ferry, followed by a fairly long walk with our luggage. A few recommended routes, including the easiest option for guests with luggage, would be very helpful.

+Apartament ben situat i net.
