+The room was very tastefully decorated, good communication on how to get there. No one is there to check you in its online check in. I would organise for them to make you the breakfast as there wasn’t many breakfast options in Alessano when we stayed.

“Out stay at Costa Manfredi 26 April 2026”
+Everything .nice clean room and facilities . Very good communication from host and gave us easy instructions to self check into our place. Very friendly staff and in the heart of Alessano . It was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely not be out last . 5 stars
−Only thing to mention water took a little longer to heat up but realised then it's heated from solar panels so that explains it Could do with milk for the free coffee in room . Nothing else was wrong very happy with our booking

“Everything was perfect!”
+The host and hostess are extremely helpful and hospitable. You won't be short of anything and the breakfast is fantastic. The breakfast consists of fresh regional products and a gluten-free breakfast was even provided for my husband. The rooms are chic and modern and are super clean. If you want to go on holiday in the Puglia region, don't hesitate and book your stay here. Thank you for everything Stefano!

“A gorgeous and authentic Pugliese property and experience.”
+We were very impressed with our hist Stefano who made Pur trip enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Any issues we had initially were quickly resolved by Stefano and he went above and beyond to help us with every question and gave us great information about liocal beaches, points of interest and all sorts of other customs in fantastic region of Italy. It felt like a truely authic experience.. Elisabetta prepared a table, coffee and put on some cool background music everyday for us and was so helpful in getting us access to a washing machine on-site. She made us feel very welcome. It was a really special trip.
−Nothing.

“very refined central place in a gorgeous little Salento town”
+style of rooms ,Stefano attitude and welcome . i think the price is slightly high for what it is since it does not include water nor breakfast .
−if you have a kettle i think it would be nice to have nescafe coffee and some milk, given that breakfast is served only from 9 .
