“A true Tuscany experience!”
+It is an amazingly reconstructed agricultural house 15 min by car/30 min by bus away from the Lucca center. Has a great parking for our car and bikes. The place is spottlesly clean, super comfortable, cooled, has all amenities to prepare a good breakfast or dinner, and there is a good Italian style breatfast waiting, including a freshly brought cake in the morning. We stayed one night for a concert and we will be back!
−The place is really nice and nothing really. Only that it is a bit difficult to come back after midnight unless you go to the center by car, but we connected with the other guests and shared transport with them. If you have bikes, then it is easy to move around!

+Die Lage am Rand von Lucca war für uns ideal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nett aber es gab viele Moskitos und das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch bestehend aus verpackten Lebensmitteln.

+Posto molto carino e ben tenuto, camera pulita e ben tenuta, colazione con prodotti confezionati di buona qualità, personale disponibile e cordiale.
−L'unica pecca che posso trovare, x il mio gusto i cuscini erano troppo sottili, ma nell'armadio ne abbiamo trovati altri.

+Das Gelände war völlig verwildert und ungepflegt. Dort hatte schon lange niemand etwas gepflegt oder geputzt.Im Gelände stand viel herum, manches war kaputt, auf jeden Fall war es verwahrlost. Das Tor war herausgerissen. Das Gelände war völlig ungesichert. Niemand war vor Ort aber das Gebäude stand offen, jeder konnte ungehindert hinein gehen. Das tat ich zunächst auch, auf der Suche nach irgendjemand. Es war aber niemand dort.... Schließlich rief ich die angegebene Telefonnummer an und es dauerte nochmals 20 Minuten, obwohl ich meine Ankunftszeit angegeben hatte, bis eine behaebige junge Frau mit dem Auto kam. Sie zeigte mir nun genau die Räume, die ich bereits alleine entdeckt hatte. Dort befand sich auch das Zimmer, welches sie mir zudachte. In der Anzeige wurde das mit Frühstück angeboten. Dieses befand sich in einer Gemeinschaftsküche und bestand aus Fertigprodukten, welche abgepackt in einem Schrank lagerten. Es waren draußen 40° und drinnen mit Klimaanlage vielleicht 28°. Dieses " Frühstück" koenne man sich dann nehmen und einen Kaffe dazu sich machen. Das ganze war eine Katastrophe und für mich nicht annehmbar. Schließlich kam eine Bekannte zum Übersetzen hinzu. +La posizione buona e facile da arrivare, il contatto seppur telefonico con l"hoster eccellente e sempre disponibile.
−La colazione scadente ma soprattutto privato di prodotti freschi tipo yogurt.

−Bagno rivedibile, guide box doccia da sostituire, prese elettriche molto fatiscenti e pericolose (soprattutto quella del bagno!)
