+We were greeted by Lara and given a code for our phones to open front door and our room. She was a wealth of information and gave us restaurant suggestions and ordered our water taxi to pick us up at 8 am on our departure. She even walked over to the dock to say goodby. Very sweet.

“Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Wonderful place!”
+Very clean, wonderful central location, amazing hotel staff to assist.
−There is no lounge or service at all, which isn’t a problem, I just didn’t realize.

“A charming stay in the heart of Venice!”
−I received a lovely upgrade to a spacious, romantic and spotlessly clean room overlooking a charming little canal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is simply perfect. A wonderful place to stay in Venice!

“Lara (at reception) was amazing and made the stay extra special. Great location, service and room - absolutely recommend”
+The location and service was excellent. We had a room with a view of the gondolas. Once I realized it opened, it was amazing as I can hear them sing and watch them go by.
−It was expensive for a suite but I think it was the time of year. Ultimately it was worth it!

“Felt like i was a wealthy Venetian merchant 100 years ago”
+Beautiful apartment. It's like living in true 18th century luxury. View from windows is indeed onto a canal, and if you lean out a bit, you can see the main canal as well. Lots of Gondoliers singing under the window through the day. Hosts were super accommodating, we even got to check in early because the apartment was ready so far in advance. They also stored our luggage in a back room for the day when we checked out. Coffee machine with free capsules and pastries inside when we checked in. Bathroom is also super clean and well furnished.
−Prices can be really high if you do not secure a good deal last minute or through booking.
