+The location was excellent, rooms cleaned daily and there are Nespresso machines. As a solo traveller I felt very safe as the area has lots of bars restaurants and shops and was always busy.
−Nothing particularly wrong with the accomodation but just not four stars and a bit more basic than the photos suggest. Bathroom is very small, room clean but furnishings a bit tired and worn. No sound proofing between rooms. The front lock is temperamental and one night it took many attempts to get back I wrote via the app asking about luggage storage and unfortunately never heard back.

+Only good thing was location. For the price we paid this was not worth staying in.
−The room itself was so outdated. The headboard was filthy from people’s heads. Shoe marks on the walls. The floor were very dirty looking and had no upkeep. The skin would overflow once you left it on for a few sections due to it not being cleaned properly. To get into the property was a mess. No email was sent to me to give me any codes to get into the building so thankfully people were walking in and let us in. I had to ring the person to meet us which a person who barely knew anything showed up and kept putting in the wrong code to the apartment which then had to message about later that night to get back in as it was incorrect. I had to ask how to get into the front building door as he didn’t explain anything. Thank god we were a young couple because an older couple would have found this distressing. I then had to ask twice if we could leave our bags before our flight and got no response. For the price of this I’m very annoyed with this experience. Not 4 star in the slightest! So frustrating when the door wouldn’t work multiple times.

“Comodo per la posizione ma poco consono a chi è allergico alla polvere”

−Pulizia: c'era troppa polvere, capezzale del letto sporchissimo, io eviterei i capezzali di stoffa in un b&b. Prezzo: non era inclusa la colazione e mi sembra che per 120 euro a notte in settimana sia proprio un furto. Stanza piccola rispetto alle foto: bagno scomodissimo, in doccia senza la cuffia (che non era in dotazione) ti bagni i capelli perchè non c'è un doccino, porta asciugamani posizionato male o comunque inappropriato nelle dimensioni perchè è vicino al WC e mi ha provocato dei lividi al braccio sinistro perchè urtavo ogni volta che mi sedevo.

+Nada. Solo que esta bien ubicado pero no es hotel es un simple airb&b
−Es una defraudacion que se promocione como hotel y es airb&b. Como viajo solo y soy una persona mayor para mi era muy importante un lugar con recepcion y que hubiera "alguien" en el hospedaje. Un verdadero desastre. Lo mas grave que el telefono que dan para comunicarse nadir responde. Insisto se vende como hotel es un engaño.
