“Excellent comfortable spacious room.”
+It was easy to find. I booked last minute and received self check-in instructions straight away. Even though the reception was already closed.
−I liked the whole stay. It was only 1 night, but all was perfect.

+The apartment was clean, tidy and in a very good location, which we really appreciated. However, there were two major disappointments.
−The apartment was clean, tidy and in a very good location, However, there were two major disappointments. First, the breakfast. Our Booking.com reservation clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, what was provided consisted only of a yogurt left in the fridge, some biscuits and a coffee machine in the room. We do not consider this to be what guests would reasonably expect from accommodation advertised with “breakfast included”. If breakfast consists only of a few pre-packaged items left in the room, this should be clearly stated in the Booking.com description before booking. We found this misleading and very disappointing. Second, the 4:00 PM check-in time. In our opinion, allowing guests to check in only from 4:00 PM is unreasonably late for this type of accommodation and significantly reduces the value of the stay, especially when check-out is required by 10:00 A.M
