“The Perfect Bed and Breakfast stay.”
+A great B and B. - very welcoming with excellent pre-stay communication e.g. whether we wanted the beds configured as two singles or one big one -spotless throughout - warm and friendly hosts - great breakfasts with plenty of choice

−As we were elderly quests we found the stairs difficult , our room being on the second floor. Our fault for not informing you at the time of booking.

“A brilliantly run B&B”
+The owners are friendly, welcoming and permissive, but not intrusive. A lot of thought has been put into the management of every aspect of the B&B with guest comfort in mind. Everything is clean, tasteful and homely with great views over Morcambe Bay. Good breakfast!
−Nothing really, but being a B&B run by the owners you have to understand that they need to manage their time and costs for example by asking guests to agree the time of their breakfast and their breakfast order the night before. Also there are quite a lot of stairs from the carpark to the rooms, so might be difficult for guests with mobility issues.

“Absolute gem!”
+What an absolute gem Corner Beech House is! We recently stayed for a few nights, Mike and Rach were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely with lots of different choices - the yoghurt and granola pot was delicious and my partner loved Rachel's homemade marmalade! Great location as well. The view over Morecambe was lovely with just a short walk to the Promenade and into Grange-over-Sands. It's also only half an hour drive to Windermere if you are heading further into the Lakes. We will definitely be coming back!
