“Excellent as always, but the walls and door have ears”
+As always, the location, service and amenities were great. The hotel is easy to get to, and convenient for an Uber to the airport.
−The only issue this time was the connecting door to the adjoining room. It was locked, of course, and I know connecting rooms are common in hotels. However, the door let through a lot of noise, and the guests next door were loud until 1am. At midnight I was seriously considering asking to change rooms. Better soundproofing on connecting doors, or avoiding allocating these rooms to solo guests where possible, would make a real difference.

+Comfy beds. Amazing room service. Modern furniture
−Low ceilings in king rooms made it feel dated. Bathrooms also a bit dated. Didn’t realise it was valet parking.
