“***AVOID*** the owner is selling it. it's quickly turning into a dump.”
−***DON'T GO*** ***IT'S FOR SALE AND THE OWNER IS DONE LOOKING AFTER IT*** We had multiple issues during our stay, with the facilities and with the management, and when we raised the issues she was dismissive and called me a liar. She wasn't on site to see the issue I was talking about. No one was on-site actually. I don't know where the manager is. I only got to speak with her via Whatsapp. Anyway - she's a pro at making it sound like she did everything she could, and excellent at minimizing and distracting from real problems. I'm sure she's going to respond to this, and tell everyone how responsive and professional she is. She was not, and is not. We also met other travellers staying in the hostel portion who were shocked at the conditions and the way it was being run. ***AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. GO STAY AT CALETAS, PUNTA MARENCO OR RINCON INSTEAD*** lots of great options. This isn't it.

+The room did not have a locking door and there was no food. I had to stay somewhere else as a result and cancel my booking. There were issues after that which were eventually resolved but unfortunately I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared for discomfort.

+Beautiful location! Our tent was quite spacious and had a nice view of the sea. The shared bathrooms were kept clean and the food is nice. There is also a space in front of the tent to dry clothes.
−We wanted to pay cash in colones but they somehow wanted it in dollars. The conversion rate they offered would have been so bad that it made more sense to pay the % and pay via paypal.

−The hotel was empty and closed when we arrived, and we had no cellular tower access. We had to ask at nearest house how to contact the hotel.

−Cleanliness level could be better (mainly bathrooms) and DIY issues and food portions could be slightly bigger.

“Sehr zu empfehlen auf jeder Costa Rica Rundreise”
+Es war eine tolle Zeit, wir würden es jederzeit wieder so machen. Wir haben vier Nächte im Corcovado Adventures verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Hütten sind einfach, aber man ist eh nur zum schlafen da, die Angeboten und Ausflüge waren toll. Wir waren im Nationalpark und haben einen Ausflug zur Isla Del Caño gemacht und dann noch einen ganzen Tag einfach im Garten und am Strand verbracht. Die Bucht ist toll, zum Sonnenuntergang sind wir eine Bucht weitergegangen, das war auch traumhaft. Es ist alles einfach sehr ursprünglich und perfekt, wenn man die Natur genießen möchte. Wir hatten in der ganzen Zeit ein Faultier von unserem Balkon in Sichtweite sowie Tukan und Papageien im Baum. Am Strand haben wir die Tiere auch gesehen, gerade die Papageien konnte man ganz toll beobachten. Es gab auch noch zwei weitere Faultiere auf dem Grundstück, die wir immer wieder gesehen haben. Die Brüllaffen kamen auch mehrfach vorbei und Kapuzineräffchen haben wir in der Bucht vom Sonnenuntergang gesehen. Das Personal ist nett, das Essen ist lecker, wenn die Portionen auch etwas klein sind. Preislich ist es okay. Wir haben uns nur etwas geärgert, dass der Umrechnungskurs von Dollar zu Colones
