“I would't come here again”
+the host was friendly, excellent pasta across the street from the building
−The accommodation is not suitable for 4 people, my fourth bed was like a hospital bed, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there. There is no wifi in the accommodation, if you want to work with tourists, that's at least the minimum in 2026. There are no kitchen utensils in the room, not even a glass or a knife. There is a small fridge that couldn't cool properly, so the food and fruit we bought for snacks went bad.

“Small comfortable stay in a beautiful Calm town.”
+Considering the amount, it was good. The host was super nice and friendly. Gave really good tips and advices on where to go and what to do. Really nice cafe downstairs.
−There was no Wi-Fi available, which is an essential amenity these days; I highly recommend the host install it, even if it means slightly raising the room price. Additionally, the TV was outdated, small, and placed awkwardly far away, making it essentially unusable.

+Стаите са в самия център на Будони на главната улица, където са магазините, заведенията и ресторантите. Навсякъде е поддържано чисто. Домакинята ни предостави и чадър за плажа за което и благодарим.
−Не ми хареса това, че стаята се намира над кафе бар и след 6 - 6,30 сутринта не можеше да се спи от шума които идваше. Хладилника не охлаждаше.

+Struttura pulitissima, stanza molto ampia e ben arredata, dotata di terrazzo molto utile. Situata nel centro di Budoni, comoda per raggiungere a piedi i tantissimi ristoranti , negozi e con una passeggiata anche alcune spiagge della vasta e bellissima Baia di Budoni. Gestore molto accogliente, preparato e disponibile, valore aggiunto a questo soggiorno TOP!

“Ottima posizione e camera molto graziosa”
+La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. La posizione è centralissima sul corso di Budoni. La struttura è nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort e la pulizia molto accurata. Parcheggio privato comodissimo

+Stanza molto accogliente, moderna, pulitissima e confortevole. Staff molto gentile. Ottima posizione in pieno centro e vicinissimo alle spiagge, ma molto tranquilla.

+Stanza pulitissima, curata e veramente spaziosa! Posizione ottima, con parcheggio privato e vicina ad ogni tipo di servizio con un bar al piano terra e vari locali e ristoranti nei dintorni. Camera veramente fresca grazie al condizionatore e alle tende oscuranti che mantengono la temperatura anche nelle ore più calde, un vero sollievo! Host gentilissimi e cordiali, che ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulla zona per spiagge e ristoranti.
−Forse una piccolezza che per qualcuno può essere utile è la mancanza di una seconda tenda meno oscurante per far passare un po' di luce quando serve ma mantenendo la riservatezza dato che alcune finestre danno sul pianerottolo di passaggio per le altre camere evitando di dover accendere per forza la luce.
