“Clean and comfortable Appartement with closed parking”
+The Appartement was very clean and there was everything we needed for preparing simple meals. Beds are comfortable and the aircondition very helpful for the hot days. The owner is very friendly and we could communicate with limited english. Short walking distance to the main road with shops and restaurants.
−Personally we didn't like the narrow road where the house is, as driving there was not that easy (it were our first days in Albania with the rental car...)

“Comfortable”
+It was very clean, comfortable and modern. Everything you need for a 2 night stay. Location is also brilliant- close to the centre and lots of coffee shops within 5 minute walk
−Not necessarily a bad thing but it didn’t mention anywhere that they only accept cash, it’s something I’d emphasise in the booking if possible. The man that showed us to the room was very lovely and we managed to figure out payment in the end!

+Excellent value, responsive and helpful staff, good location with good private parking. The big apartment even had washing machine for clothes. Good WiFi and AC. Recommended.

+La cocina comedor y el baño no son tan bonitos como en otros departamentos donde me alojé pero le doy un 10 porque tiene infinidad de detalles que lo hacen mejor que la mayoría: 1)las camas y almohadas son de lo mejor y las sábanas y toallas son de excelente calidad, 2)tiene persiana en el dormitorio!!!(fue el único cuarto realmente oscuro por la noche en todo mi viaje), 3)tiene 2 aires acondicionados, uno en el dormitorio y otro en la cocina comedor, 4)tiene lavarropas sin hongos!(la mayoría olvida limpiar el dispenser de jabón pero esto acá no sucedió), 5)tiene amplio espacio para colgar la ropa, 6)internet funciona bien, 7)el parking cerrado es perfecto, 8) hay un supermercado a 300 metros, 9)el dueño y la persona que contesta los mensajes son extremadamente amables. ACLARACIÓN IMPORTANTE: el barrio no es marginal como alguien mencionó, está a 50 metros de una calle principal con bonitos comercios, eso sí, al igual que en Tirana, algunos edificios de segunda línea no terminan sus frentes. Además la calle de acceso NO es estrecha, sólo que como en el resto del país a veces hay que maniobrar entre autos mal estacionados.

“Heel fijn huis met lieve mensen maar in de sloppenwijk die erg druk is.”
+Je kon in het gebouw lekker rustig uitrusten met veel ruimte binnen. De mensen waren lief en je zat binnen no time bij de winkels en restaurants.
−De ligging is in een zijstraat in de sloppenwijken van Shköder. Het was bijna niet te vinden en de auto ergens anders kwijt kunnen was bijna niet mogelijk.
