“Terrible! Expensive for nasty dirty rooms! Not what expected nor promised when booked!”
−Upon arrival my mom, sister and nephew was told there was no more rooms and they would have to stay at their sister property across the street! We booked these rooms in advance! When they went to the rooms 1 was dirty and door wide open, the other was not very clean either. They went back across the street to let them know and they magically found 1 room at main hotel for my mom & nephew. My sister had to stay across the street and was awake all night with mice in the room running around. Very dirty and nasty place! When complaining they just blew it off! Paid 330.00 for the 2 rooms that were nasty and got no sleep! What a rip off! We travel back & forth from AZ to Id and none of our family will ever stay there again!

+Room was comfortable and liked the location. Nice pool and hot tub.
−Room wasn't ready when I arrived. I could not get a key while they finished cleaning although they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. So had to come back. Breakfast was just a discount at the onsite restaurant. Menu said inc. for coffee but I was charged $3.50. Food was not very good.

“Room stunk but the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice.”
+Ordered a non smoking room and it was not available. Very disappointed. Wanted to put us next door and across the street the second floor with no elevator. We had to go with a stinky smoking room instead.
