9.0“Exceptional and I enjoyed my stay”
+The bedroom and everything else in it was satisfactory. The parking is closer to the place and reasonably cheap and safe for my car.
−When I came to check in at 15:50 the receptionist that was attending guest at that moment didn't attend to me professionally

9.0“Great location, good value, and a comfortable, convenient base for enjoying Killarney.”
+The location was fantastic for our needs. We wanted to be within easy walking distance of Killarney town, restaurants and pubs, and Copper Kettle was perfect for that. Parking was conveniently located in the public lot across the street and was very inexpensive. Breakfast at the nearby hotel was very good, and the staff we encountered there were always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced base for exploring Killarney and the surrounding area.
−There really wasn’t anything that negatively affected our stay. The room was a little snug for three people, but we knew what to expect and it worked perfectly fine for our needs since we spent very little time in the room. Check-in being handled at a separate hotel down the street was a little unusual, and there wasn’t really any staff presence at the B&B itself, but neither was a major inconvenience.

10.0“Great Stay”
+The location is central to all of Killarney and its attractions. The breakfast was extra but brilliant. Car parking was available and free for the Saturday evening and Sunday. Great amount of time given for Check out; this means that I could pack up after breakfast.

8.0“Clean, pretty and perfect for what we needed”
+Close to town!
−It wasn’t that I disliked anything, it’s just Killarney is so damn expensive, so every property in Killarney would raise questions about the price

6.0+Close to town.
−Check in was in the hotel down the road, which is fine. Gentleman was not very welcoming, I felt like I was getting a lecture. 2 Parking spots in front of the house could be used for guests, but weren't. The room was too small for all the furniture they have put in. No need for a desk and the wardrobe took too much space from the bathroom entrance. Not a great layout. Shower was awful, hardly any water came out and no pressure at all. I found loads of hairs on and IN the bed. Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to blow dry my hair, but the blow dryer was so old and dangerous. My hair got stuck in it and I actually had to rip it out. I think the previous guests had the same issue as there was a hair in it already before I used it. Continental breakfast was ok, not much choice. I ordered scrambled eggs and it was way overcooked and hard. Last thing to add, it is extremely noisy, everything can be heard from other rooms and we were awake for hours as someone was snoring so loud, it felt like they were in the room with us. Will not recommend this B&B, especially for the 200 euro we paid for 1 night.
