+I really enjoyed my stay at Cooper Hotel! My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal, within walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel
−The steep staircase at the entrance, which can be a bit challenging, especially with luggage.

“Excellent stay in Cusco despite feeling like being cooked in oven!”
+BREAKFAST - staff is super friendly and accommodating, the variety of food is excellent, lots of fruits, eggs cooked the way i liked it ROOM - We stayed in Cooper for 1 night on Oct 6-7, we got 202. The room was great especially since there is no elevator, so it is just right. I asked if we can get the same room for our booking for Oct 9-12, but the front desk staff said that we can't BUT we will get a room on the same floor. But when we checked in on Oct 9, we were given room 303, and this room is like being in a furnace (horno), it is SUPER hot! And it is also smaller than what we got the 1st night. There is no table to put things on. So I complained, and really will NOT accept to stay in this room especially that we paid in advanced (again the sfaff charged me on Oct 6 for the stay on Oct 9 and she, Karen told me that she has informed me. I was sure that I did not hear her. Then she said we were put in that smaller room because we paid $100/ night compared to $108/night on the first night. An $8 dollar difference BUT i booked exactly the same room. The $8 discount was because I booked more nights compared to Oct 6. So i refused to stay in 303, We were moved to 302, slightly bigg
−ROOM - 302, 303 - SUPER HOT - it is like you are being cooked in furnace or oven (Horno)

GRACIAS 🥰 🇲🇽🤝🇵🇪
−Absolutamente todo me gusto.
