“We loved our stay at Contrada Cafaro”
+The hosts Francesco and Pina were very lovely. Nothing was ever too much trouble always helping us when they could. The view from our room was beautiful. The room was very cozy and comfortable Breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. Our clothes were washed when ever we needed. Our room was made up with fresh linen every 2 days.
−There Wasn’t anything that could have been better. Our stay was wonderful.

“Tökéletes vidéki szállás”
+Mivel mi autóval érkeztünk, olyan szállást kerestünk, ami a városon kívül van. Itt mindent megtaláltunk, amit elképzeltünk. Jól felszerelt, szép kilátást nyújtó szoba, ízletes, a kérésünknek megfelelő reggeli, kétszer nagyon gazdag, finom vacsora előzetes megbeszélés szerint. Külön élmény volt a frissen préselt olívaolaj kóstoló. Köszönünk mindent a közvetlen házigazdáknak.

“Parfait pour une halte à Salerne”
+Emplacement au calme proche de la ville mais en campagne. Grande maison avec une annexe pour les chambres. Petit déjeuner en terrasse vue mer très copieux

“W miarę dobra lokalizacja miła obsługa możliwość zaparkowania auta”
+Blisko Salerno dojeżdża tam autobus nr 19 można też zaparkować swoje auto pod domem. Dla gości udostępniony jest budynek który ciągle jeszcze jest w fazie budowy bo na zewnątrz widać jeszcze trwające prace związane z ogrodzeniem czy tankowaniem. Mila Obsługa
−Nie wiem jak w innych pokojach ale w naszym pokoju na ścianie dzielącej łazienkę i pokój był grzyb co prawda widać było prace które były poczynione na jego likwidacje ale pojawił się nowy. Do śniadań to był to Crossan kawałek ciasta jeden pancakes + kawa czyli jeśli ktoś jest zwolennikiem niesłodkich śniadań to niestety tutaj nie ma innej opcji nie traktuję tego jako jakąś wadę ale akurat podkreślam że nie było tutaj różnorodności

“Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location, with very nice food.”
+In September 2026, we -along with our son and his wife- booked a three-night stay at Contrada Cafaro (Salerno Croce), which is situated in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The host, Francesco, did everything he could to ensure his guests had a pleasant time, and every morning, he served a delicious breakfast. On our final evening, we were able to enjoy a farewell supper, which we had ordered the previous morning. His kind mother, Lucia, is an excellent cook! Erik and Maria." "Nel settembre 2026, noi, nostro figlio e sua moglie, abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di tre notti alla Contrada Cafaro (Salerno Croce), situata in una posizione incantevole e tranquilla. Il proprietario, Francesco, ha fatto di tutto per garantire ai suoi ospiti un soggiorno piacevole, e ogni mattina ci ha offerto una colazione deliziosa. La sera del nostro ultimo giorno, abbiamo potuto gustare una cena d'addio, che avevamo prenotata la mattina precedente. La sua gentile madre, Lucia, è un'ottima cuoca! Erik e Maria.

“ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA”
+La posizione panoramica sul mare. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile anche solo per una chiacchierata. La struttura pulita e le camere spaziose. La colazione fatta su misura.

“In moto in costiera amalfitana”
+Abbiamo prenotato alla Contrada Cafaro come prima tappa tenendo conto della sua posizione, 10 minuti un quarto d'ora da Salerno e da Vietri sul Mare, dando inizio così alla nostra avventura in moto. Abbiamo trovato una struttura molto accogliente ed immersa nella tranquillità, dove dal grande terrazzo si può godere della vista del mare che nella bella stagione accompagna le colazioni. La nostra camera era spaziosa, con a disposizione anche un piccolo frigorifero e un bel bagno privato. Pulizia top! Il punto di forza è sicuramente Francesco, un ottimo padrone di casa, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, che nonostante il nostro brevissimo soggiorno ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. “Prachtig plekje in de bergen”
+Een fijne rustige plek in de bergen aan de rand van het drukke Salerno. De eigenaar is ontzettend aardig en enthousiast, hij krijgt sowieso een 10! De kamer met uitzicht op zee was erg netjes en schoon. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin ook prachtig. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Amalfi en Paestum maar ook Salerno.
−Het bed was ontzettend hard en zeer oncomfortabel. De buurman heeft een hond die constant blaft en huilt, behalve ‘s nachts. De eigenaar is zo vriendelijk en servicegericht dat ik het liefst een 10 zou geven maar wij vonden het bed echt vreselijk slecht en de blaffende hond vooral ‘s ochtends erg storend.
