+The room exceeded our expectations and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very well manicured. The temperature of the food needs attention. My eggs cooked to order were served cold, the hot food at the buffet for the Polynesian dinner night was under temp, not hot and then finally at the Chinese restaurant the lobster chow mein was cold when served. The table next to us was also served the same dish cold. When at the pool and the beach no staff came to ask if we would like to order any drinks or food. There is no flag or button at our lounge chair to let staff know we would like something. This lack of service is found at resorts in lower caliber status. The main restaurant by the pool was very nice and had a phenomenal view and tropical aesthetic. However, the Chinese restaurant had a very sterile atmosphere and the lighting was entirely too bright, especially in the outdoor space. Overall, a underwhelming experience for the price of what we paid.

“Beautiful country, rooms were stunning. A little work to go on making it match the price tag.”
+Beautifully designed and lovely areas. Food was very good and the spa with the lookout is beautiful. Shows and guest details whilst dining very good and remembered your names.
−Poor communication prior to arrival, spa bookings therefore tricky. Housekeeping forgot our room on numerous occasions. Food starts to feel a bit samey after a weeks stay. Exposed to the elements more than other resorts and therefore our activities were limited.

−Just had to deal few cockroaches in our rooms but no big deal, just didn’t expected to have it in our bungalow room. We had a 25th anniversary dinner that wait for our dinner food was a little too long. It just felt since we forgot to make reservations, we are not a priority. My steak was cold.

“The Conrad Bora Bora: Our Happy Place”
+The Conrad Bora Bora has truly become our happy place. We've had the pleasure of visiting this stunning resort three times, and each stay has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the friendly and accommodating staff make you feel right at home. Roger and his team consistently provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel seen and heard. They truly understand the essence of hospitality. Kevin and our personal concierge, Hansen, treated us with warmth and kindness. It was a wonderful way to kick off my daughter’s 16th birthday. The ambience, stunning surroundings, and incredible service at Conrad Bora Bora have created beautiful memories for our family. We can't wait to return and create even more unforgettable moments in this paradise.

+The staff members (except for the manager, Kevin) were very friendly, especially the team at the pool.
−We chose this resort for our honeymoon, expecting a peaceful luxury experience, but instead we were deeply disappointed. The resort is essentially a construction site. A large portion of the property is closed due to ongoing construction, the tennis court has been turned into a staging area for heavy construction equipment, and there is constant construction noise throughout much of the resort. This is not the luxury experience that guests pay for, and we believe the hotel should be far more transparent about the extent of the construction before accepting reservations. Charging full price while such significant work is taking place is simply unacceptable. The only bright spot during our stay was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming,especially the team at the pool. Unfortunately, their excellent service could not make up for the disappointment caused by the ongoing construction. The only exception was the manager, Kevin, who was not helpful in addressing our concerns.

“Private luxury meets warm Polynesian hospitality at CONRAD BORA BORA NUI!”
+I have nothing but amazing things to say about Conrad Bora Bora Nui. My husband and I celebrated our 21st anniversary and could not recommend this resort enough for such a milestone. We stayed at the King Overwater Pool Villa for five nights and it was very hard to leave the room because of its wonderful amenities, amazing view of both Mt Otemanu and the Pacific Ocean. For us, a Bora Bora experience would not be complete without the overwater villa. It was very private and elegantly designed. Ours had updated digital controls, making the months of construction upgrade worthwhile. The personalized welcome note with champagne and chocolates made us feel special. Conrad is strategically located on a separate island from the Bora Bora mainland, so our private infinity pool was situated in a turquoise atoll lagoon and actually facing the Pacific ocean, unlike other properties. We swam with colorful fish, playfully nibbling at corals, just by the villa stilts. During our stay, a group of sting rays and black-tipped friendly sharks wandered into the property to our delight. “Exquisite Dream Vacation”
+Bora Bora is an amazingly gorgeous place to visit. Booking with Costco Travel did not disappoint. Costco knows travel! Conrad Nui made our over the water bungalow experience a memorable one. While Conrad Nui is located on one of the longest stretches of private white sand beaches, the resort is surrounded by the most beautiful shades of crystal clear blue water imaginable. Some of the on-site activities available are kayaking, biking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. There’s a fully equipped spa that is perched on a hilltop embraced by unreal scenery. One can capture an amazing sunrise from the nearby platform. Of course, the friendly, attentive staff will enhance your experience by personalizing preferences, focusing attention to detail, and assisting with anything you need to make your stay worthwhile. The concierge was a great resource for exploring other island activities, locating the island doctor, and making sure we were well taken care of during our entire stay. It is worth mentioning the resort restaurants had incredible mouthwatering food options with magnificent service.
