“Unfortunately never again.”
+Beautiful Photos, but the Reality Was Extremely Disappointing! The apartment looks beautiful and inviting in the photos, but unfortunately, the reality is very different from what is advertised. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large cockroach on the door in the downstairs hallway. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed a strong musty, moldy smell. The ventilation vents were covered in mold, and the air conditioner was leaking and spraying water droplets. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The carpet was extremely old, dirty, stained, and worn out. The dishes were dirty, and instead of enjoying the beginning of my vacation, I had to start by cleaning the apartment myself. There was also only one clothes hanger in the entire apartment, which is quite unbelievable. Another major issue was the misleading apartment size. The listing stated 250 m², while the actual size was approximately 25 m² - ten times smaller than advertised! Overall, the apartment did not match the photos or the description. The cleanliness, maintenance, and general condition were well below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

−The condition of the apartment and the lack of response from the host were extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The TV did not work for my entire one-week stay. The shower head from the tub was literally hanging from the ceiling, and the toilet paper holder fell completely off the wall. I contacted my host, Bebita, by text, phone calls, and voicemail immediately upon arrival on 8/12/26 to report these issues. I received no response. I texted again on 8/14/26 and still received no response until 8/15/26. I contacted her again on 8/16/26 because, despite all of my calls and messages, NO ONE had come to fix any of the problems. The host eventually responded that she had called several times and would speak with the owner. However, by that point, almost my entire stay had passed. A TV technician finally came on 8/17/26,my last full day,to look at the TV. He determined that the TV needed to be replaced and asked how long we would be staying. I explained that we were leaving the very next morning. I was not going to spend my last day sitting around waiting for someone to replace a TV after I had been reporting the problem since the day I arrived. What is especially frustrating is th

+The Pros,The location was great, refrigerator, microwave, BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS and pillow cases THEIRS WERE DIRTY,
−The CONS-Floor is molded (DONT WALK IN THERE WITH YOUR SHOES OFF, LIKE YOU CAN SMELL THE MOLD BAD! it was very dirty, pull out bed/couch STUNK, the balcony door was loose, no Safe in the room, no rags to wash with (BROUGHT MY OWN) balcony was nasty, BATHROOM HAD 1 roll of tissue for 3 days, shower curtain was dirty and it touches you while you shower, bathroom doors dont close fully, dont expect to sleep, the clevelander is directly next door and plays music ALL NIGHT, tv didnt work the entire Stay, i go to Miami 7 times a year, WORST HOTEL IVE EVER HAD BY FAR. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!

−The room was damp and wet, because the air conditioning was running high at room temperature of 57 degrees. The bathroom had hair around the tub floor. The tv didn't work. The sheets and bed were clammy and damp. We had to remove bedding and use extra quiltcto sleep on.

−The room is spacious, but there is an extremely high level of humidity, and everything smells strongly of mold. The carpet was very dirty , so much so that all of our socks were ruined and had to be thrown away. They turned completely black. The television did not work. When showering, only the shower was functional. There was no option to fill the bathtub because the pipe for filling the tub was cut off. The humidity and mold smell were very intense throughout the room. This place is not recommended for children, even though it is advertised as child-friendly.
