“Location was excellent! You can see Spanish Steps from the front door.”
+Location, Location, location.
−No windows. I thought I booked mind with breakfasts but the confirmation said "no". Tax payment after stay (at checkout) has to be cash exact change.

“Perfect location. Adequate for a night's sleep.”
+Exceptional location. The staff was very polite, responded to every question. I would revisit, mainly because of the location/price
−The room needs renovation and redesign. The refrigerator cannot work inside the closet. The screen of the balcony is broken. The mattress begins to deteriorate from too much use. There is no chair to put things on. The shower needs maintenance and cleaning.

“Our room had no WINDOW!”
+The location and the fact that they stored our bags upon checkout (but mind you in an unsecured and unattended storage room).
−The fact that our room did not have a WINDOW! This is something that needed to be highlighted and guest made clearly aware before booking. Because not having a window is uncommon and not normal. This is room does not come at a reduced price because of this, on the contrary. Also the corridor leads to other rooms and if people passing in front are a least bit noisy (like we had on one of the mornings) it is disturbing.
