+I stayed twice at Concon during my Hanoi trip and both visits were great. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is really helpful and kind and the location couldn't be more central. Because it's in a small alley, it's actually really quiet considering you're in the centre of the Old Quarter. They were so helpful with all my requests and even managed to reunite me with the hat I lost in another part of the trip. And they stayed up till 1am to welcome us after the sleeper bus. Honestly, I couldn't recommend them enough!

−The toilet layout is a bit strange and doesn't feel very private. Also, the lack of blinds can let in a lot of light in the morning.

+We loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which was warm and peaceful. The room was clean, and daily housekeeping was provided. We also really appreciated the room’s decoration and the different services. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning in lobby which was nice too. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and hospitality!
−Our room was on the first floor, so it was quite noisy. We could hear everything happening in the lobby.

+Friendly and helpful staffs. The view of the rice patty is impeccable. The pool is clean, authentic Vietnamese buffet breakfast, interesting room design. Love the welcome fruit dish. A bit of a walk to old town Hue. 100% would come back.
