“Great stay, perfect for going site seeing for foodies”
+Affordable, extremely close to all the fabulous restaurants on Florida such as ZAI, Bean Bag & Hue Café. Room setup was better than expected, spacious & had mini terrace which was cute. Great service.

“Place never to be repeated. The booking photos sent through is in response to the Hotel response”
+their website has good looking photos of inside the facility. Now i know, why there are no external pictures of the surrounding area The breakfast is good. They say its included in the rooms rate, but certain things are then excluded.
−The photos do not reflect the true state of the place This is not a hotel, its rented rooms in a poor looking neighbourhood The roof fan did not work, there is actually a dangling wire The safe is broken, has a missing locking mechanism in front There is no separation of the bathroom/toilet area, a curtain between the bedroom. Staff are poorly trained and misinformed us of eating hours. Had to go out for our first evening meal. The parking on the area feels like a supermarket one, you have to compete with other people The separating curtains between bedroom and bathroom are in bad state and difficult to open/close The clothes closet is also a difficult opening/closing curtain So i see that the hotel has retracted their response, where they accused of of being aggressive, when they told us our booking was without breakfast, they saw the attachment i made of their initial booking. Everything said above is still true.

+What a beautiful stay!! The place is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. I'll definitely visit again. The staff was amazing. The only thing I will complaining about is the breakfast, the Benedict was dry. But I can't fault them with anything else honestly

“Dissapointing”
+I made a booking and was told the hotel was full even though the payment went through. I had to book another accommodation. to this day I have not gotten the refund from the hotel. I had fallen in love with the place the service was very good and also the rooms were clean and spacious until that day

−1. Location 2. Breakfast at 7:30. For people traveling for work 7:30 is late. They don't even have an option to ask for a fruit pack. 3. Price. R850 is not worth the facilities there 4. There no iron or microwave. Not even communal ones..
