“Great place to stay in a great location”
+The room and house was clean and well presented. Close to the town centre with just a 5 min walk and lots of great places to eat and drink
−The bedroom radiator was on all the time and the thermostat valve was missing so I was unable to manage the temperature

+The size of the room
−Out in the rain and could not get in. No one there to help two disabled with bags. The room was on the first floor and we asked for ground floor. The bed was too high and really strugled to get into it. The light switch for the bathroom was in the bathroom and this is a health and safety issue. Only one spoon so had to share it. Only one hand towel to share. Bolts stuck out on the bathroom door and easy to catch your hand. Only a small amount of channels on the tv. Not suitable for disabled pensioners. The window when opened as the heating came on in summer would not close. There was no controles on the radiator to turn it down.

“Really lovely homely stay within walking distance of the town centre.”
+Really easy check in service, quiet stay just a short walk to the town centre. Room and bathroom were really clean, lots of tea and coffee!
−The beds were quite high and did have a little dip in the middle of the mattress but it didn't bother us too much for such a short stay.

“Great location and stunning spa town with friendly people and good pubs and bookshops, cafes. Layout”
+Location is outstanding with a mesmerizing view 👌. We did like mattress, shower and leaflets in the foyer. The entrance key fob is safe and practical once you get used to it . Air and water quality were excellent for our health coming from outer suburbs of major city.
−There were wasps and scratching noises from rodents ( latter not heard by one of partnership and only v briefly). The noise was really disturbing, even taking into account that one night was a Saturday. Although it was convenient to have an extra bathroom next to our room. ...the flush is really loud through the walls and pipes with running water. There could be a sign saying, only flush if absolutely necessary or only up until 11pm. I missed out on a refreshing arrival night's sleep which impacted on an important reunion the next day. Both of us found that unacceptable and we were tired after a tricky journey. The use of less powerful aerosol spray cleaning products would also ve more in line with a stay in somewhere where you are trying to escape town/ city pollution..
