“Poor”
+The location was it’s only saving grace
−This hotel needs a lot of repairs to make it into a good hotel. It has that potential but a lot of money is needed.

−The room, was in the basement, so noisy when I asked for a better room, they said because you booked with a third party, we cannot give you a room in upstairs!

“Wouldn't book again but it did the trick for what we needed on short notice.”
+Friendly staff. Decent location in respect to our event.
−Had to pay $20 to park in a lot that was full of garbage cans and construction machinery. There was enough room for 4 cars perhaps. The floor feels unstable underfoot. No deadbolt on the door. Bathroom door didn't close and didn't have a lock. The tv only connects to your phone to mirror your device; no cable or any streaming service. Walls paper thin. Bathroom shower was not very clean at all, especially door track. No outlet covers on outlets, and the ones that did have them, they were hanging off. Very small room. No front/back/side door security features. Anyone could walk in off the street without being seen. Didn't feel very safe. Didn't bother to hang around to check out the breakfast.

+Rooms were very small. Refrigerator sounded like an ultrasound machine. Couldn’t turn the a/c on as it was so filled with gunk. No one would want to breathe that in. Young kids can in at 4 am and didn’t go to sleep until 10am staff did nothing about it. They simply said well they are checking out tomorrow.

+Great location, quiet and had everything we needed
−The room was beyond dated and rundown, stains and writing on the walls, the floors were dirty, the mattress protector had burn marks all over it... and more
