“Gentleman that treated us was very friendly and.the location was great. Breakfast was good. The room was ok. The price”
+Location was excellent for those travelling. Enough amenities close by and just seconds from the highway. Breakfast was included and was fine.
−Property is getting old and the carpet odour was terrible.

“Very poor.”
+Location
−We were given the wrong room. Only 1 bed. Requested 2. The receptionist had to call a central help desk. The person on the phone, who was very pleasant, said we were suppose to be in another room. However, another guest was already given that room. The receptionist couldn’t program the card for a third room which had the two beds. Travelling with my son, thus the need for two beds. She had to open the door with the master key, meaning I couldn’t leave the room without leaving the door unlocked with the bolt across the frame. The tub faucet dripped all night causing a horrible sleep. Totally a bad experience.

−The property was under construction. The room and property smelled. A chair in the room had duct tape on it. There was rips in the carpet.

“We stay at that hotel at least 4-5 times a year and will not go back.”
+Location
−Carpet was filthy and the sliding glass door was covered in paper as they were spray painting the exterior. I asked to change rooms and the clerk at the front desk said they were full. She mentioned that at 4pm the paper would be removed. It was never removed. When I showed her the picture of the filthy carpet she told me they were just cleaned. We couldn't park in front of our room because the parking spots were blocked off. The hotel did NOT look full at all, the parking lot was half full. If the hotel is under construction, we should have been told in advance and at least been given a discount.

“Nuitée trop chère pour rien.”
+Seulement, la personne a l'accueil.
−Nuitée trop chère par rapport a la qualité de la chambre. Le matelas était très usagé, pas confortable du tout. La chaise était collée avec du tape. Franchement pour une Nuitée a 315 $ , ca ne vaut pas le coût.
