“Floor level door was hard to lock. Late night staff needs a good lesson on how to be polite and curious towards guests.”
+Ladies were awesome at front desk. Late staff, not so much…

“I would stay here again.”
+The breakfast choices were excellent. Erica the attendant is a gem. If she were working for me, I would give her a raise. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant , helpful and accommodating.
−I had an accessible room because I have major arthritis and do not move well. The bed was higher than my bum and I could not get into the bed. I was given a step stool which I found was not really safe so I bought one myself. The internet went out one day starting in the morning so was unable to watch TV (the news) or my computer until it was fixed.

“I did not get a good sleep because the heat didn't work.”
+property was clean and in a good location.
−A place can have good amenities but at the end of day when the heat does not work it makes for a terrible stay.

“Good”
+I wish the access to the mall didn’t involve having to walk all the way out the front driveway. Could there not be a pathway built that made the walk shorter?

“Ok in a pinch for a one night stay.”
+The room had a musty smell about it and the furnishings were dated. I would rate it more like a 2 star hotel. That being said, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff was good and the place was very busy.
