5.0“Basic but convenient to nearby Civic Center.”
+Location near convention site. I really liked it that my room was quiet and liked the constant fan as it was soothing white noise. Good mattress and sheets quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−Elevator didn’t work when trying to go downstairs at one point. They did get it fixed later. Bathroom was too small and couldn’t open or close bathroom door if bathmat was on the floor. No cup in bathroom. The coffee pods in room were terrible , you need to upgrade to a better coffee so not so weak tasting. Mismatching light bulb colors in lamps. Warm bulb mixed with white lights. Carpets looked run down in lobby and hallway.

2.0“Horrible”
+Nothing much to like
−Everything was old, scratched, stained, worn, and outdated. Carpet was stained and worn. Bedding appeared to be off color and old. Reminiscent of a $39 motel. No where near the $160 + I was charged for 1 night. Never going back there again.

9.0“Comfortable and good value.”
+Very clean and comfortable.
−The curtains were off track and didn’t block outside light from coming into room.

9.0“Super clean, would definitely stay again”
+Hotel lobby and our room were exceptionally clean. Really impressed. We did not use either, but the room was furnished with fridge, microwave and coffee maker which we found pretty great. Super comfy pillows. Good breakfast with waffles, cereal, protein, variety of bread items. Receptionist was friendly and kindly accommodating, moving us to a lower floor due issues with climbing stairs with our heavy luggage.
−We really liked our room overall so I hate to even mention it but we did have issue with one of the double beds in the room of which the mattress was sagging on one side and made sleeping kind of lopsided. Also, the door to the room was not hanging correctly (unsure if building has settled or the door was shaved for some reason) and let light from the hallway into the room, strong and bright enough to be a nightlight. As we walked in for breakfast the staff person running the breakfast room was loudly complaining about restocking breakfast items and was a little mouthy to guests in the process. It's okay to be frustrated but sometimes you gotta keep it to yourself and not take it out on your customers.

9.0“This was the perfect stop for the night - right off the highway, early breakfast and clean.”
+The breakfast was better than I expected and included eggs and bacon as well as waffles, fruit, yogurt and cereal.
−The room got a little tight because the hotel was full, but we went early and avoided the crowd.

10.0+I love how friendly the staff are. Breakfast is ALWAYS good from The Comfort Inn. Their waffles are delicious, the juice choices are even better. They offer a good variety and fresh cooked eggs and meats.
−One thing I wasn’t aware of was that they won’t rent to anyone within 50 miles of their location. I get it on a sense for tourists but for some who don’t technically have a ton of options it would be nice to know before paying for it. However, I was able to get a good deal and I’m not disappointed.

9.0+I had to make this reservation in a hurry. Late at night and it was good.
−Everything was good
“Rude staff”
+I’m prefacing this by saying I was not a guest so this is not a review of the rooms or breakfast. It’s a review of the rudeness of the staff. I was charging my Tesla at the supercharger right by the entrance of the hotel. I went in to use the restroom and an angry employee yelled at me that the restrooms were for guests only. When I pleaded to her that I needed to go and was charging my car right there, she yelled again that I had to leave. I will never again set foot in a Comfort Inn. I understand the disruption of everyone just walks in but the lady could have been kind about the situation. There is no excuse for unkindness.

8.0“Great location for the Augusta Marathon”
+This is an excellent location for running the Augusta Marathon. The included continental breakfast was very good. Along with the usual donuts, waffles, sausage, and omelets, there were also good yogurts and fresh fruit. The room was clean, no complaints there.
−The building is a little dated, and the price is high, although that is fairly typical for the area.
