−The first room they gave me a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The ladies that worked the night I came in said would spray it. I was there to see my new born grand baby. So most of my time was at my son's. The smell came back 2 days later. So I said something and they moved me to another room. That room smelled also like mildew. They brout spray again and I sprayed it myself very heavily. The smell came back. I was getting sick to my stomach. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I feel I should be reimbursed for at least a couple of night. I will never stay at your hotel again. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. 😡

+Location. Staff - very courteous and helpful.
−1. Not clean. 2. The facility is old and cranky; needs improvement. Not worth the price. 3. Continental breakout was bad. The scrambled eggs were insipid. The steamed sausages were tasteless. 4. Coffee - it’s a shame to serve such horrible coffee in Seattle. VERY light and watered down. It’s more a flavored hot water than a coffee. 5. Water in the reception area - they mentioned it is flavored with lime/lemon. That is a lie and a disgrace. They added lime/lemon sweetener to the water. It’s better to serve JUST THE WATER, and NOT ADD THESE FLAVORS and call it lemon infused water. 6. Water pressure - very bad. My room was the 3rd floor. And the water in the shower was a trickle, NOT a shower.
