+Location was good, Fabrizio our host was excellent, very responsive to all our needs and very kind. Thank you Fabrizio. Everything was nice and clean, we had a great stay.
−The little bed was ok, but the pillow was too hard, not very comfortable, the last day i found an extra pillow in the wardrope and I slept a lot better.

+This was my second time staying here and, once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The quality of the accommodation is consistently top-notch: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was pleasantly cool throughout my stay, thanks to the air conditioning, which made a big difference. Fabrizio is an exceptional host! Incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to accommodate any request. It’s rare to find this level of hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again whenever I'm in Rome. +La posizione molto comoda alla stazione metro del Colosseo , e stazione pullman e metro di San Giovanni . A 7/8 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e dalla basilica di San Giovanni in laterano . La stanza era accogliente pulita e profumata . Fabrizio il proprietario molto gentile disponibile e simpatico . Vicino anche a un ristorante molto buono sia per la cena che per la colazione “ i clementini “

“Super séjour à Rome !”
+Le logement est très propre. Situé proche du colisée. Fabrizio est super disponible, ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour agréable. Il nous a donné plein de conseils pour les restaurants aux alentours. J'y retourne sans hésiter si je reviens à Rome !

+La habitación amplia y con muy poco ruido, especial para descansar luego de largos paseos por Roma, detalles cuidados y preocupación constante por parte de Fabrizzio. Ubicación privilegiada para conocer esta bella ciudad.

+La ubicación estaba muy muy bien, a cuadras del Coliseo, del metro y de varios buses. Nosotros hicimos casi todo caminando, a 30-40 minutos a pie estas de casi todos lados. El Host, Fabrizio, es muy atento y muy amable, nos recibió super bien, siempre predispuesto y nos recomendó un montón de lugares para visitar y comer, muchas gracias !
