“Nice stay”
+The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming! We arrived early after getting off our cruise, well before check-in time, and she kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby. Once our room was ready, she even had our bags moved into the room for us, which we really appreciated! The location was perfect, especially since we were touring the Colosseum. The room was clean and included complimentary water and free Wi-Fi. The only reason I gave our stay an 8/10 was because we specifically booked the Colosseum View Room, but unfortunately, the view was mostly blocked by overgrown trees. We could barely see the Colosseum, so we would have been just as happy booking a regular room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the great hospitality!

“Boutique hotel stay, located next to coloseum”
+Very close to the colosseum, and great boutique hotel stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and very helpful staff, who were super informative.
−The room view was slightly obscured by trees. Paid for colosseum view but it was only partially visible. Photos may need updating (particularly for price)

+The staff were amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed the location. While it isn’t as centrally located as other places it was quiet. Loved the rooftop terrace!
−We didn’t really have the colosseum view that it said in description of room. If you opened the window and stuck head out, there was a slight view between the trees.

“For first timers in Rome it was a superb accommodation. Location was everything- plus always easy to find your way back”
+Location was superb for our first few nights in Italy! Ryan at checkin was most enthusiastic at helping us with any questions and suggestions for our first time in Rome. He brought us up to the roof and the Coliseumis like right there! There was a key at the desk for after hours access and we took his suggestion and had a glass of wine up there watching the sunset . One of the most spectacular nights ever! Everything was clean was clean and first rate. Can’t recommend enough!

“A perfect modern, cozy B&B located near the main train hub with an amazing staff a corner away from the Colosseum.”
+My husband and I LOVED the location, staff and room. The location was perfectly close to the Colosseum, restaurants and only 15min walking from Roma Termini. The staff, Silvia and Ryan were super friendly and helpful with our check in, check out and throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and modern. We felt very safe staying here and will definitely stay there again and recommend this place to our friends.
−There honestly was nothing about this property that I can say I didn’t like. Everything was exceptional.

+Waking every morning to a Colosseo view was sensational. The rooms are impeccable and the elevator was a treasure after a long day! Amenities galore. Plenty of outlets, spacious rooms , a safe and mini fridge as well. Easy to walk out the door and steps to the metro and restaurants. Roof top sunset view with a gelato was amazing. I could go on and on….
−Only qualm for us was the bed was a little stiff. But that’s just because we aren’t used to a firm mattress! Noise cancelling windows are lovely! There is not much to NOT like about this property. Book with them and you will see why!!!
