+The place is solid. The beds are comfortable, the facilities are overall nice. You have there anything you need. Overall it was a nice stay and very reasonable value for money.
−1. The location is not really close to central locations. However it's a 10 mins walk to the nearest station. 2. The street noise. You can hear anything from the street, even when the windows are close. Sleeping with earplugs is necessary (and even with that I could still hear a noise from time to time). 3. The photos of my rooms on booking looked much better from what I got. I felt a little bit cheeted. The photos were the reason I choose this place and not a cheeper one I also liked. It felt that they oversold the place. I booked the room with the bath, and in the photos you see fancy baths and a bit nicer rooms, and I got a regular apatment with a standart (and not in a very good condition) bathtub for a shower.

+Spacious. Huge bathroom (bigger than the room!). Quirky :)
−Big window in the bathroom, but a black screen covering what would have been the window in the actual room - strange, and it makes the room dark and a bit claustrophobic. I would say it’s a bit too pricey for what we get.

+Super personnel. J'ai du décaler d'un jour mon arrivée au dernier moment, car un typhon m’empêchait de voyager ce jour la. Le personnel a été très compréhensif et a annulé ma nuit sans me la faire payer.
