+Location was great Very good staff I was greeted by the porter when he saw my taxi stop a one min away from the hotel. This was a very nice gesture as he took my luggage

“We had the most amazing stay, and will leave with very happy memories!”
+The staff, the location, the breakfast, the rooftop.
−Door didn’t lock properly, bathroom door should be a bifold, curtains should hang so they block the light.

“Great location!”
+This was our first stop on our honeymoon. The room was clean! The hotel is in a great location, we walked everywhere! I was able to email the hotel a few weeks before our stay for a private transfer from airport upon arrival. Very basic amenities and everything was always clean. Our only complaint was the AC(of course we are Americans visiting during a heat wave) it never seemed to catch up but cold showers helped! The staff was always kind and the breakfast being included helped our day start off right!

“Location, location, location”
+Location was spectacular, it was literally the center of it all, our longest walk was 20 minutes to the colosseum. Everything else was literally just mins. Restaurants, stores and monuments were relatively close the only thing we got a taxi for was for the Vatican otherwise it was beyond great. Breakfast was good, staff was amazing.

“Staff save the day”
+I was told this was a 4 star hotel, it is not. The room they offered at first was very small for two people and had stained rugs. We upgraded to a suite, it was better however the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom felt unsafe. The tub was so high, you had to make an effort to leap out of it With no safety bars to hold on to; I’m a senior citizen. The breakfast was ok, nice terrace. Must comment on staff: they were all very helpful and friendly- truly one of the hotels assets. The location is vey convenient as well. Georgia from the bar is a star.
