+Location of the caravan, in walking distance to fantasy island
−No duvet for the sofa bed, no information about needing towels or bedding until we were on the way and we received the check in details, pillows need replacing moldy and pilate light on the boiler needs looking at, it doesn't have a cover, dirty cups and plates in the cupboards, tv broken and didn't work on trying to connect it to our phones or through ariel

“would never book with Colin’s caravan again. It was a shambles.”
+I liked the short distance walk to the beach. The power of the shower was the only good thing about the caravan.
−The broken cracked window. The mould above the shower. The mould on bathroom and toilet blind rails and curtains in living room. Also bad mould behind sink in toilet on the floor. With taking a daughter that suffers respiratory problems this can cause major issues with her health. The stairs were coming away from the wall outside. No internet, No terrace when says they have both. Tv screen lines across the top, signal keeps going when using off your own WiFi. Cooker..grill don’t close, back left hob pops when in then goes out, no plates, dirty, paper/card coming away above the sink area. Living room carpet filthy shower window couldn’t even see through they were that dirty. No freezer just a fridge that kept freezing what food we could buy. Unsturdy uncomfortable bench outside. Walls filthy in every room. Complained to Colin’s caravan to be told they could send a cleaner..erm no thanks sister cleaned to make it liveable for 4 nights.

“Do not use this caravan”
+The only thing we liked was the fact that this caravan was on the same caravan park as our family, which was a good job as my step daughter had to go and stay with them as this caravan was in very poor condition.
−The caravan was very dirty, stained carpets throughout, stained sofa, mould on the curtains in lounge and bedrooms. The quilts and pillows provided were filthy and had mildew on them. A broken window which also didn't close properly so a risk of theft from the caravan. Dirty oven, and utensils. A smell of urine in the main bedroom. Very old plastic coated mattresses. The boiler, oven and fire had a safety certificate present that was three years out of date. None of the appliances had been tested for 3 years. Had it not of been for the fact we had drove 4 hrs, and our family were on the same caravan site, we would of turned around and gone home. My stepdaughter had to stay with her auntie in their caravan as we did not want her to stay in this one. Upon arrival we we're told the landlord would message us with the address and key code for the caravan. We messaged him 3 times over a half hour period with no answer. If you try to phone him it says number not recognised. Eventually he messaged with the details. We had to buy a mattress protector in order for us to use the bed. For the amount we paid for this caravan I expected better, even if it is a dog friendly one. I would expect a

“Be aware of what you are booking...”
+It was relatively easy to find and close to fantasy island.
−The caravan is filthy, broken and horribly uncomfortable. We had concerns after seeing recent reviews but after being given the cleaners number we recieved photos from "that morning" of a clean well presented caravan....upon arrival we saw the photos were clearly quite old as the kitchen blind in that morning's photo had mysteriously vanished since the cleaner left, a window was cracked and unable to fully close, mirror in bathroom was cracked, glasses and mugs in cupboards were filthy and kettle was disgusting, there is visible mould on curtains and around windows, in bathroom and on mirror frame. What appears to be fag burns in carpet and the world's most uncomfortable plastic mattresses. We attempted to share our concerns with Booking.com prior to visit and we're told there was nothing we could do without owners compliance.. the cleaner then informed us the owner was out of the country and unreachable

+The location was ok just a little far from the shops etc
−It was very unclean carpet was heavily stained the same has the seating area. When we arrived there was lots of rubbish left outside from the previous people.
