“Film Festival Time”
+I was in Hamilton in July for the International Film Festival and we stayed at the Colgate Inn. I highly recommend it if you are ever in Central New York. It was was such a great experience. The rooms were terrific. We enjoyed the Tavern and the entire staff was so nice. We are looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be booking a room at the Colgate Inn.

“Weekend Stay”
+Our stay at the Colgate Inn was extremely enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Dennis, in particular, went above and beyond to address a medical issue. He sincerely cared, and helped us very much.

“A Perfect Lodging Experience at the Colgate Inn”
+I absolutely loved my lodging experience at the Colgate Inn. First of all you can't beat the location. It is centrally located in the village of Hamilton, New York. There is so much to do and see and once you are in the village everything is walking distance. The Colgate Inn is special. It has such a great atmosphere. The entire staff was terrific from the moment we walked in the front door. The rooms were super nice, clean and it was quiet at night. Which I liked. On top of all that they have a great Tavern with a patio out front. It is a super value and they really seem to care about your experience.

“Best weekend!”
+We stayed at Colgate Inn for our daughter’s wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The food was great and service was excellent. Such a great spot to gather with friends and family for our special day!

“Charming Colgate Inn”
+Cant say enough about the Colgate Inn and their staff. Always someone around to answer a question or to try to make our experience more special. The rooms are Very clean and updated (still keeping the 'old world' charm). Lots of beverages available throughout the day and weekends they offer some nice mini-breakfast treats (free!!!!). The restaurant/bar is part of the Inn so no need to walk any further for great meals. I noticed they have meeting rooms which are nicely laid out and can accommodate corporate or family events. The staff make the experience even more perfect, always cheerful and available when you need them. 100% recommend staying here!!!
“Beautiful Inn with a fresh and tasteful atmosphere”
+Totally enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Colgate Inn. The lobby is spacious with interesting artwork and an inviting atmosphere. Check in was easy and our suite room was amazing. Pristine, spacious room and bathroom with NY made Beekman amenities and impressive fixtures. The bed was super comfortable with the best sheets. It was our son's wedding weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The bartenders were top notch! Our only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were not open on Sunday. Fortunately, the location is great for exploring coffee shops, stores and even a farmer's market right across the street.

“Best place to stay in Hamilton”
+Just stayed at the Colgate Inn yet again, and as always, the front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. Teresa and Jen are the best! We also ate dinner there last night and had amazing food and service. Josie is always a stand out!!! We look forward to returning several times this spring for the soccer season.

“Consistently great service, always feels like a treat”
+I have had the pleasure of staying at the Colgate many times over the past 5 years. I'm always pleased with the level of service, attentiveness and quality of the room, common areas and restaurant. The Tavern is a wonderful option for a quality meal solo or with colleagues. The room amenities are thoughtful and useful. Already looking forward to my next visit.

“Can't wait to go back!”

The vibe in downtown Hamilton can't be beat, and the Colgate Inn is perfectly positioned as the Village's signature building and launching pad to explore all the Village has to offer. The INN's comfort, ambience, and awesome food/beverage scene will draw you in and, if not careful, keep you inside. Don't make that mistake as, just steps away, you'll enjoy a nice variety of locally owned shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, theaters and more. One of the most walkable and pedestrian friendly places to walk around and take it all it. Can't wait to go back!

“Home Away from Home”
+The Colgate Inn is a special place and once you've visited, you'll want to keep returning. It's the perfect balance of timeless elegance and coziness. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. It's a great spot to enjoy your welcome drink, just relax or tackle the latest puzzle displayed in the corner nook which my husband always enjoys. The rooms are wonderful especially the suites which provide ample space, and a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The Taverns ambience is amazing as well. It's great that there's a restaurant on site offering an innovative menu which is always stellar. What really makes The Colgate Inn extraordinary is the staff. They always go above and beyond to make our stay really memorable and enjoyable with their warm and kind demeanor. It's a place we'll keep coming back to!
