“Loved it”
+Everything was amazing.. they had no issues with our dog who wasnt feeling well when she came for a visit. It was amazingly clean. I was quite impressed.
−The rooms air was so dry. I dont know why. We had the heating off.. but during the night we felt that it was almost unbearable at times. And i dont know what could have changed it. We had the window open, the fan going throughout the night. But it felt like i needed a humidifier just to make it work.

+The room had high end linens and mattress. The bathroom had a huge tub - very new fixtures. Great location! It was just down the hill from the castle and easy walking to pubs & restaurants.
−The wifi was public access.

“Perfect stay”
+The size of the suite was great for our family, especially liked the bathroom with the bath and the cosy area of the bed for our child. The selection of breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond our expectations, providing the best experience for us. We would choose this luxury place again for our stay.

+Location. Central and wirhin close proximitry of key points of interest. Hotel reception nice and staff were pleasant.
−Default 4pm check in ( allbeit we arrived earlier and room was available), £10 parking charge over and above what was an overpriced room. The room was spacious however bethroom floor was poorly repaired and tiles clicking (delaminated). Small fridge in room with 2 cans of water inside however power cable would have been helpful

“Comfortable room in a great location”
+Comfortable and well maintained, quiet room. Nice bathroom.
−Paid for the overnight parking (£10), then realised I could have parked in the street as few restrictions outside business hours. Although the hotel tries hard to be 'high tech', information unclear on its website and app.
