“good clean room but cleaning staff lacking.”
+Room was clean and pretty quiet for being close to the freeway. Breakfast was decent with packaged goods.
−Our room was not cleaned when we got back late on a Saturday evening. We left the do not change sheets note on the bed but it nothing was cleaned and no new towels were delivered. We talked to the front desk on Sunday morning to get some more towels and they gave us a couple more towels. The front desk made it sound like it was our fault for the room cleaning mishap?

“Mostly surprisingly comfortable.”
+I was pleasantly surprised with the room and the grounds of this hotel, very nice and clean. The breakfast bar was good, with plenty to choose from.
−The parking lot is very difficult to navigate with a trailer in-tow, very difficult to merge into the very busy street. The shower and bathroom faucets were not functioning correctly and and extremely cold or hot spray were the only options. They couldn't be adjusted.

“Beautiful garden and BBQs area was a bonus”
+Good sized room, plus everything you would expect from a motel. Only 5 mins walk to the supermarket behind the motel. But the bonus was the lovely garden space outside with chairs tables and even communal BBQs to use. Really lovely to have a safe calm space to use especially after children have gone to sleep.
−Not that much going on in the town but we were only there 1 night having driven from Canada, on our way elsewhere so that was fine.

“fabulous”
+Everything was clean, the towels and sheets were fresh. The carpet, bathtub, and toilet were cleaned. It was a pleasant stay. I also liked the breakfast: lots of sweets, coffee, porridge, boiled eggs, cheese, protein shakes, oranges. The staff was great, everyone was very friendly and willing to help. I felt safe.
