+Great location and very friendly and helpful personnel.
−The bed was in the hard side, and the lack of storage to put things away.

“A wonderful stay made unforgettable by Metin and Suzanne's warm, heartfelt hospitality.”
+Amazing place and what truly sets it apart is the hosts. Metin and Suzanne go above and beyond, putting care into every little detail to make sure you enjoy your time in Cappadocia. Their hospitality is warm and genuine, and it made our stay feel special from start to finish. If you've come across this beautiful place and are still deciding, don't overthink it. Just book it! You won't regret it.

“beautiful”
+Gratitude to Susan and Memet on their hospitality. Absolute hands-on from the time we arrived and checked on us thru out the stay. She promised to get us on a hot air balloon and due to weather it wasn't easy but promise was kept and the family was so happy. Thanks again.

“It's a cave!”
+If you love being treated like family - asked for tea, having a quick natter - you will love this place. The owners are onsite for day to day operations and happy to offer you package/tour recommendations or a jolly chin wag. The rooms are awesome. It's a cave - doesn't get much cooler. Great dehumidifier situation and temperature control. Comfy beds. Good storage. Great shower (temperature and pressure). Good location - off the beaten path, but still easily navgatable to the main drag. Mini busses had no problems finding us for pick up/drop off.
−Not a problem exactly, but a recommendation: Don't carry all of your bags to reception at check-in! Its several flights up and you might end up coming back down. Just leave them in the courtyard - it's totally safe.

+We recently stayed at Coco Cave Hotel in Cappadocia with our 6-month-old daughter, Liara, and had a wonderful time. The hospitality was truly outstanding. The owners treated us like family from the moment we arrived, which meant a lot travelling with a baby. They were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The cave itself is beautiful, especially in the evening when all the lights come on - it feels very vibrant and magical. It is also in an excellent location, just a short walk to Göreme town with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. You can also arrange tour packages directly through the hotel, which was very convenient for us. It felt like a dream stay and time flew by far too quickly. I wish I could go back again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
