+Great B&B in a fabulous location. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is in the road but really not a problem as there were lots of spaces and it only cost £3.50 for 24 hours. The room had both a kettle and a fridge plus there was fresh milk provided each day. Breakfast was delicious and is freshly cooked each day. We will definitely return.
−Nothing, it was all great!

“Absolutely amazing”
+Breakfast was excaptional, all fresh produce, room was amazing, comfortable, and spotless. On arrival was greeted by lucia, as soon as you entered the property it felt welcoming and homely. The original features, decor and furnishings were all high end and very tasteful, you can see a lot of love has gone into this beautiful building. We will certainly be returning and would highly recommend .
−There was nothing not to like, this is the best place weve stayed in

“A lovely short break in a great B and B.”
+Very conveniently situated for beach and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well presented. Lovely host and wonderful breakfasts
−Only net curtains at window so too much light early morning, not a problem in the winter but not in the summer daylight hours . Lumpy pillows.

“Cosy Luxury by the Sea”
+The BnB itself is luxurious, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The host is warm and kind, and my stay felt like the comforting embrace I needed at the end of a stressful trip. I can’t thank my host enough. Highly recommended. Bexhill is the perfect base for exploring Hastings and St Leonards. Away from the bustle of the commercial areas, this quaint, safe, and mostly residential town offers everything a traveller loves to come home to: a beautiful oceanfront walk just a few hundred metres from the door, with restaurants, cafés, and shops close by. The bus stop is right across the street, and the train station is only a short stroll away for quick access to neighbouring areas.

“Luxurious, comfortable stay with a welcoming host in a great location.”
+Immaculate, beautifully decorated, superb location, comfortable bed and welcoming host. Breakfast freshly cooked to order, well presented. A fan was provided when we asked.
−If I was being very picky, I would have liked a hand held shower wand as well as the overhead shower. But the shower facilities were luxurious!
