“For convenience and last min. It’s good”
+The location was good. More quiet than I expected.
−I had quite a few bugs and spiders in my room and I’m pretty fussy about how clean the bathroom is if I’m getting in. So I didn’t.

“Meh”
+Bed was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and heat. Place was quiet the night we stayed. Carpet seemed newer.
−Room was lacking. Badly in need of refurb. Stained walls, black stuff in the tub grout. Lamp shades looked like someone sat on them. Chairs cushioning completely worn. The refrigerator didn't work. The HVAC did not seem to work well to maintain room temperature.

“A very pleasant place, good parking, great breakfast and good people.”
+Very pleasant staff and a nice breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful with information. He even tried to fix the outer door to my room when it would no longer close and moved me right away to another room when it needed more work.
