+Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to London! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Farsan and Jake, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made a difference and deserve special recognition! Thank you for the lovely hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to London!

“Very comfortable & relaxed base for our leisure trip.”
+Great location from which to explore central London. The hotel staff were welcoming & helpful & the bar pleasant to enjoy a drink. The room was well appointed & comfortable. The club room & fresh water stations on each floor.
−The room looked onto a wall from a small window.

“Excellent location, very central, incredibly comfortable and lux. Will stay here again!”
+The room was big and spacious with wardrobe space, a desk, a nice recliner chair and a king size bed. The bed itself was very comfortable, both the mattress and the pillows!
−Nothing to add!

“Good value for money and central location”
+The location was great and it was good value. It was a last minute hotel for us to avoid getting the train back which was having problems. There are 2 hotels housed inside a very grand building.
−The large double bed was not large. It was a standard double and the pillow was practically on the bedside cabinet. I don’t sleep well in a double so I didn’t have a very good night’s sleep. The room was nice and a lot more spacious than a Z hotel.
