+Beautiful hotel and location. Breakfast was superb, and the staff was exceptional. Dinner at the hotel is also highly recommended.
−Very poor soundproofing. Music from the restaurant, ringing phones at reception, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible from our room. We could also hear whenever guests in the neighbouring room used their bathroom, which was located directly behind our bedroom wall.

“Beautiful stay in the Winelands”
+We had an amazing stay at Clouds Estate. Everything was excellent, from the location and the beautiful surroundings to the service from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely terrace overlooking the vineyards. We really enjoyed having the views right from our room, especially in such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being delicious. The location is perfect too. It’s close to the main wine estates for tastings and also not far from the centre of Stellenbosch, which makes it easy to go out for dinner, while still feeling completely quiet and peaceful. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Winelands. We would definitely come back!
−The only thing to keep in mind is that you do need a car or transport to get to the wineries or the centre, but Uber works very well in the area, so this wasn’t really an issue for us.

−To be welcomed by construction work is not what you expect in a property like this, and even though we were given a much nicer room "far from the noise", it took a while to settle and get over it.

−Sendo vinícola, o produto principal é o vinho. Apesar disso, são praticados dois preços distintos para os hóspedes: um valor para consumo na vinícola e outro (metade) para levar o vinho para casa.
