+Lovely place to stay, the host was welcoming and helped us with all of our queries. Excellent value for money to have breakfast included too (with delicious, traditional Vietnamese coffee). Would recommend for a nice quiet place to stay a short walk from Sa Pa bus station.

+The hostess was so lovely, she made us feel right at home from the moment we entered! Everything was good and clean, and there was even delicious breakfast included. The place is within walking distance of the town, it's very easy to get around.
−It's honestly difficult to complain about anything considering the price. The accommodation and the service are amazing value for what you pay.

+A truly wonderful stay and incredible value for money Cloud House is honestly one of the best-value homestays you could find in Sapa. The family is incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and helpful - they made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer at a homestay. I loved starting my mornings with their homemade breakfast and a cup of coffee. Everything felt authentic, and made with care. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful mountain view. If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, authentic homestay with wonderful hosts and excellent value for money, I highly recommend Cloud House. I would happily stay here again ❤️
