+Walking distance to the port, and right next to the market. Good value for money, staff were nice. They give complimentary fruits in the room upon arrival. They also packed us breakfast since our excursion was early in the morning which was very nice of them.
−The room was a little small, couldn’t open our 2 medium suitcases since there’s no space. Walls are thin, we could hear people from outside when we were sleeping.

“Good value for money”

“Excellent Location & Outstanding Hospitality!”
+The location is amazing, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Knowing we were leaving for Abu Simbel in the early morning, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance. Although an unexpected issue came up during the night, the management ultimately handled it in a way that left me highly satisfied.
−The night shift staff seemed to lack the authority to handle emergencies, making it impossible to resolve the issue immediately on the spot.
