“Lovely location, great breakfast.”
+Location, breakfast, staff. Rooms were comfortable
−Elevator doesn’t access mezzanine floors so some luggage schlepping was required

“Unethical -”
+N.A
−This hotel engaged in a rather UNETHICAL practice with us. I booked and prepaid 3 nights. Arrived past the check-in time (in the morning of the second day), to find out that the hotel had cancelled my entire reservation and sold my room to someone else. Tough luck they said, and we will also keep all your money, as this was their “penalty” . I could understand if they had charged me one night fee, but 3?? Yes it’s written in the small print but that does not make it more ethical. Oh and btw booking said to us “tough luck” as well, so buyer beware….

“Beautiful experience”
+Breakfast is pretty standard, but there's really everything you can ask for. Room is comfortable yet of course a bit small, but that is part of the experience. Everything was spotless and ready. The staff (receptionist) was VERY kind and lovely.
−The room in the top floor was actually very hot due to the weather. The A/C is unable to cool the room, the staff tried to handle this with two extra fans installed in the room. If you can, choose a room on the first or second floor in summer months. Do not expect to have a view from the room, there are two rooms on every floor that face other buildings, not the beautiful street. Windowsill was dirty from bird excrement.

“We had a great time!”
+Location was amazing also the staff. We had a situation with the noise from a construction and Itka was super nice and upgraded our room.
−No complaints.

“Excellent value for money hotel in very central location.”
+The location is fantastic for all of the main tourist sites within walking distance and with access to trams and metro very close by. The accommodation is very nice and clean and the breakfast was nice and varied for a small hotel. The reception staff were all very nice and welcoming.
−Nothing major, shower head holder loose on wall on bathroom.

+Sicuramente la comodità, perché la zona è molto centrale
−Stanza stretta, poco spazio senza finestra al Bagno e le finestre della camera davano all’interno delle scale di emergenza di un’altra palazzina con rumori di Piccioni continuo
